With a knack for renovations and a passion for housing, we began exploring judiciously priced properties in the state.
As we dug deeper, we realized that we weren’t alone in our quest. The demand for affordable housing, especially in the Shreveport – Bossier City area, was overwhelming. We discovered that there were countless individuals and families already pre-approved for housing through government programs like Section 8. The only missing piece was the availability of suitable homes.
Motivated by this realization, we decided to take on the challenge. While we may not have prior experience in the industry, we believe that sometimes, a fresh perspective can bring new solutions. We understood the importance of providing houses that meet government regulations and ensure the well-being of the families who would call them home.
